This is a basic program demonstrating the use of scroll bars in Visual Basic. It also shows how to edit the colour of elements in programs. The outline of the program is given below:

• The user can change the values of three horizontal scroll bars on the main screen.
• As the scroll bars are changed, the RGB value of the background is changed.
• The labels are also programmed to change colour as the background does, so that they appear transparent as the background colour changes.
