This small program shows how you can open a text file and read data in the file into parts of a program. The outline of the program is given below:

• When the program is loaded, the main form loads the football teams contained in the teams.txt file into the list box in the form.
• When the user double clicks on a team in the list, a caption is shown containing that team.
